    Mr. Maher has practiced criminal law over the past 18 years. He has been involved in hundreds of investigations, and prosecuted, as first-chair, approximately 50 courts-martial to verdict and sentence while serving with the 1st Infantry Division in Germany and the Balkans.

    Mr. Maher defends federal employees in workplace matters and has consistently achieved favorable results. He gained many of his skills when he was appointed as the Senior Executive Service (SES) General Counsel for the US Office of Personnel Management.

  • Elder Law

    Mr. Maher has extensive experience in the funeral industry and is a partner is a local, family-owned and operated business. Drawing up this experience and understanding of these unique needs, he is able to draft wills, powers-of-attorney, create trusts, and counsel on probate matters.
